Rooted in experience. Grounded in training. Guided by compassion.
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of real, deep connection. When we feel seen, safe, and deeply met—something inside begins to shift. That’s the space I hold: one of warmth, attunement, and honest presence.
My own path into this work began with personal struggle. Like many of my clients, I spent years trying to manage anxiety, grief, and patterns that wouldn’t change through insight alone. What helped wasn’t advice—it was having someone truly there with me, helping me feel what I hadn’t been able to feel on my own.
That’s the kind of therapy I now offer.
I’ve completed Level 3 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and also have advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotion-Focused Therapy and Coherence Therapy. My approach is rooted in experiential depth therapies, informed by interpersonal neurobiology and neuroscience, psychodynamic foundations, and years of Zen and mindfulness practice.
But beyond the methods, what I bring is myself: warm, engaged, collaborative, and fully present. I’ll help you slow down, turn inward, and listen with compassion to the parts of you that have been trying to protect and guide you—sometimes for a very long time. Together, we’ll create the safety and clarity needed for deep, lasting change.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
